I went in yesterday to order a quarter chicken and it was so busy. The staff did their best to accommodate me and worked their hardest. I can imagine during thanksgiving season Swiss chalet would be busy and you have to take that into account. I think they are doing a great job and expect a wait during thanksgiving season cuz everyone has the same idea of getting a chicken dinner:)
