Big Town Hero went above and beyond to make sure that I had the sandwiches needed for a large event when our initial plans fell through! So very thankful that they saved the day!
You'll notice that the only negative reviews are from people who refused to wear a mask. Restaurants have no choice or say in the states mask mandates, they have to follow or receive steep fines. I get it, we are all sick of wearing masks, but that's no reason to slam a business with fake bad reviews. We like the sandwiches here. Prefer their bread to subways. Wish we had one in my town, but enjoy stopping in when in the area.
