Kracked Crab Reviews
Not sure if this is under new ownership but not impressed anymore with the customer service. I asked for a small cup of tartar sauce and was told I would be charged a dollar, really?
Usually love this place. But after today, will not be coming back for a while. The kid they had working was completely unprofessional and rude, and food was terrible. They were out of potatoes (no big deal, it happens) when asked if I was something substituted I asked for an extra egg. Got no eggs and multiple sausages. Food came out super dry, no butter just seasoning, when I went to ask them to fix it the kid just wanted to argue and say I didn’t know what I was talking about....read full review

Kracked Crab offers a unique crab boil experience with flavorful seasoning mixes and delicious crab cakes. The restaurant serves generous portions, including the Kracked Kong boil, which can serve two people for several days. Shrimp boils are also a highlight, with perfectly cooked shrimp, tender potatoes, and sweet corn. Many customers praise the fresh and flavorful seafood, especially the crab legs, which are cooked just right and pair well with other ingredients. The food is often described as worth the visit, with some noting that the seasoning is on point and the quality exceeds expectations. However, some guests have mentioned that crab crackers are not provided, making it difficult to crack the shells without tools. A nearby store sells them for around $7. The restaurant's atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and the staff is attentive and quick to prepare orders, although there can be occasional wait times or order mix-ups. Overall, Kracked Crab is highly recommended for seafood lovers seeking flavorful, generously portioned meals.
