4/29th Had dinner at the Fountain Valley, CA Sizzler. It was a great dinner experience. I was impressed & happy that my steak was perfect. Usually Chefs don’t like to cook a steak Med Well & it turns out dry. But my steak was juicy & delicious!! I asked for Chefs name & it’s Lorenzo. When I’m in the mood for steak, I’ll definitely ask if Lorenzo is the Chef.
