“The Sunday, Sept. 20th, 2026 BREAKFAST TEAM receives a perfect "10". We enjoyed the complete DISNEYLAND experience from the moment we walked thru the front door until the moment we left. The Front Desk "gents" were friendly and service oriented. "MEGAN" was our totally awesome Waitress with an adorable smile that accompanied her superior customer service. The food was outstanding and the best vegetable omelet ever! The wait time for food was so quick and delicious. Thank you COOKING TEAM! Even the coffee and bus staff were superb and kind. KAELYNN met us while we exited by opening the door with a thank you, do come again, have a nice day farewell wish. We have always loved Elmer's but this Albany visit was a complete TOP CHEF and FOOD Service opportunity of the year. Thank you Megan, Kaelynn and entire staff. They all deserve a "raise" or how about: A Steak Dinner with sides and dessert?“

“When we were getting sat down for service, we were told about how the server was down for payment. We decided to still get sat down for our lunch, and our service waiter, Deanna, was very pleasant and very sweet, constantly giving us updates on the ongoing situation. The system was able to get back up online, and Deanna came back to give us the update. She was also so sweet to give praise to the manager, Jacob, telling us how he was on the phone to get the payment services back online for card payments. Overall, the service was exemplary, and our waiter, Deanna, is not only great at her job but an excellent person for giving praise to her other co-workers and manager for getting the system working again.“

“I have been a fan - long time customer (17-years) of Depot. Great food !!! Love the new food adds !! It has always been good food and the very best staff. There was an ownership change, about a year ago, the new owners have carried on the tradition of the eclectic decor which is fun, and the preexisting staff is fabulous. Staff remains consistent after new ownership (good sign) and the new staffers are a great add! It is clear that business has picked up the because we are seeing wait lines again, which we have not seen for about 4-years and new staff members have been added frequently this entire year. Sign of happy customers and employees. It is clear that additional staff members are needed, good employees are hard to find in today’s environment of finding GOOD employees- so hard to find in todays world. One needs to remember this when criticizing not having wait staff checkin on them… We are consistent weekly customers for 17-years, have seen many improvements this past year. We highly recommend Depot Cafe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I worked in Albany today and swung by there on my lunch break. Nikki was the bartender she was amazing, friendly, and very nice to talk to. I didn’t have time to eat there but the food she made for a customer looked amazing!!! I’ll be back for sure when I’m ever in town!“
