“When we were getting sat down for service, we were told about how the server was down for payment. We decided to still get sat down for our lunch, and our service waiter, Deanna, was very pleasant and very sweet, constantly giving us updates on the ongoing situation. The system was able to get back up online, and Deanna came back to give us the update. She was also so sweet to give praise to the manager, Jacob, telling us how he was on the phone to get the payment services back online for card payments. Overall, the service was exemplary, and our waiter, Deanna, is not only great at her job but an excellent person for giving praise to her other co-workers and manager for getting the system working again.“
