Incredible and creative menu, every time I dine at Sybaris I have the opportunity to try unique ingredients and dishes. The service is unparalleled, and each member of the waitstaff does a wonderful job of making you feel important and cared for!

Sybaris Bistro provides exceptional service and delicious food. The steaks are cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a perfect medium rare. The pomtini is a popular drink, and desserts like crème brûlée and mardigrass ice cream with chocolate beads are a must-try. The restaurant also offers a separate gluten-free menu. With top-notch chefs like Chef Mart Bennett and a great value, Sybaris Bistro is a fantastic dining experience.
The jerk sturgeon with grilled pineapple and black beans, as well as the blackened seabass with dirty rice, are cooked perfectly with great flavors. The menu reflects the best of the Pacific Northwest, featuring dishes like meatloaf, steelhead, scallops, and duck, all prepared with fantastic attention to detail. The professional staff is very knowledgeable and provides impeccable service, making excellent wine pairings and recommendations. The elegant dining space and outstanding atmosphere make every visit a new flavor experience. Highly recommended for special occasions like birthdays or first dates.
