Love the food. Gone here for years. But they do not accept medical mask exemptions, so can no longer go here anymore.
The food here was amazing and they didn't disappoint. I started with carrot leek soup and it was so yummy.. they make a good soup here.. My hubby and I had the truffle game hen. Crispy skin and the meat was juicy. Not to mention the truffle flavor was so good! I also ordered a French non-alcoholic cider that was very good. For dessert we had the fuji apple crepes with whipped marscapone. A not so sweet dessert that was just right! The service was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They even selected a wine pairing for our friends dessert. They were spot on.I would highly recommend this place. So good!
Went here last night for New Year’s Eve dinner. Was able to make reservations last minute, greatly appreciated. Really delectable , but small portions (typical upscale). Shrimp appi was so juicy & tasty but was only served 3, orange sauce w/it was amazing too. Also had the salami board, & the game hen w/patatoes & Brussel sprouts as well as the pork loin w/nuts glaze & kale. Tasty & not at all disappointing! Service was a little slow, but friendly. Would like to go back & try their desserts!
One of the best restaurants in the Pacific Northwest. A must fine here experience!
Interesting French restaurant in Ashland, amazing gnocchi
It was a disappointment. The service was fine but the food was nothing special and it was so dark in there I couldn't really make out what I was eating.
After researching restaurants in Ashland we made reservations at Amuse because it had a 4.7 rating. The hostess was not welcoming in any way. When we were seated the chairs looked like flimsy plastic but may have been vinyl or leather. They were very uncomfortable. My husband and I sat at two tables put together and one table was not level, even the water in the glass was uneven. Amuse has a rather uninviting, cold atmosphere. There are no table cloths and it looked like a cheap cafe inside. Between the unwelcoming staff and appearance, we decided this restaurant wasn’t worth staying. We left and felt it should be lucky to get a 4.2 rating at most. It was really disappointing. They need to train their staff and make their restaurant a lot more appealing inside.
We usually make reservations at Amuse for fancy dinners with friends. Everything has been delicious each visit. Staff is very nice.
We had a really great meal at Amuse. Wonderful wait staff, good wines, with generous pours. The Truffle Hen was eye-rolling back delish. They serve sourdough baguette with butter topped with salt. We also enjoyed the cheese plate with aged gouda and candied fennel
It was a fun, off the grid experience. High quality dining experience, but a casual environment. Be prepared to be wined and dined. It was worth every minute spent there. It seems the menu can change from day to day. Food is served in 3 courses, appetizer, main course and desert.

Great food! Excellent service. Looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!
Cozy intimate place with very tasty food. Felt very old world with excellent service
Great service, amazing food. 4/5 because portions were small
This cool “French” restaurant has a nice urban feel. It is not stuffy or pretentious. The food is delicious, much of which is locally grown. Nice wine list but not too large to be overwhelming. Staff was helpful and gracious allowing us to take our time in the age of Covid where turning tables is a requisite. Outside patio is private and one can hold a conversation without overhearing everyone else. Highly recommend!
Dining in a post covid world can be tough. Things feel uncomfortable at times but not once did Amuse feel this way. My birthday dinner was stellar. Chef Charlie’s work really shines on this menu. Not one dish had a single critique from me. The Mellon salad was the perfect start for this hot summer day it’s simplicity and perfect touch on seasoning shined. The fries with house Worcestershire made for a wonderfully balanced salty snack. Everyone in my partly loved their mains a
