The food here was amazing and they didn't disappoint. I started with carrot leek soup and it was so yummy.. they make a good soup here.. My hubby and I had the truffle game hen. Crispy skin and the meat was juicy. Not to mention the truffle flavor was so good! I also ordered a French non-alcoholic cider that was very good. For dessert we had the fuji apple crepes with whipped marscapone. A not so sweet dessert that was just right!The service was great. Staff was very friendly...

Went here last night for New Year’s Eve dinner. Was able to make reservations last minute, greatly appreciated. Really delectable , but small portions (typical upscale). Shrimp appi was so juicy & tasty but was only served 3, orange sauce w/it was amazing too. Also had the salami board, & the game hen w/patatoes & Brussel sprouts as well as the pork loin w/nuts glaze & kale. Tasty & not at all disappointing! Service was a little slow, but friendly. We had a really great meal at Amuse. Wonderful wait staff, good wines, with generous pours. The Truffle Hen was eye-rolling back delish. They serve sourdough baguette with butter topped with salt. We also enjoyed the cheese plate with aged gouda and candied fennel
