Coquina

Went for a big bowl, added fish, and the stars aligned! Really a delicious meal. Fish was lightly breaded and cooked JUST right. Adding fish transformed a ‘good’ bowl in to an AMAZING dish.

Coquina is our favorite restaurant in Ashland, and it is always a special treat to dine there. Our meals were delicious, and the service was impeccable. We're already looking forward to our next visit. This time, I had the wagyu beef steak, medium rare. It was cooked perfectly and was oh-so-tender. A recent dinner at Coquina was a highlight of our fall visit to Ashland. The service was beyond compare and the entire evening was so pleasurable and unique that I hope others will visit soon to enjoy a similar experience.
