Absolutely incredible place, beautiful views of the outside trees, with a calm relaxing atmosphere. The worker was a marvel, he was sharp and professional. The food was amazing and would absolutely go back to ashland just to eat there.

As for HIRO RAMEN,

I noticed this restaurant is a very popular place for locals.
Customer demos spread across the board: old, young, families, dating couples, etc.

A hole in the wall, but without the broth to back it up. Every good ramen place is graded by the strength of their broth, and not necessarily the decor or atmosphere. All you care about are intense, rich flavors drawn out of the pork bones with a jab of salty/umami greatness right in the jaw. This place didn’t make the cut. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with pork.
