Had dinner here with my wife on one of our first road trips out of Portland. It’s one of those tasting menu spots where you don’t fully know what you’re eating until they explain it to you. But in a cool way. Everything tasted clean and surprising. Expensive, yes, but it felt worth it once.
The name is a problem. It is one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever been to, we were seated in a private room (library). The chef stop by several times to explain the dishes. Oops, I forgot to mention the delicious food. I can still taste the combination of lobster and fois grass.
