“A delightfully comforting bowl of ramen.Had a lite lunch here with my wife and we were both very pleased.Appetizer: For a starter so we tried their Agedashi tofu. Lightly fried in a rice flour sitting in a tasty sauce. There is a texture journey with the lightly crispy breading, soft tofu, and mochi texture from the sauced breading. It was quite delightful.Entree: Tonkotsu with pork. It’s exactly what we want in a ramen. Excellent broth with black garlic oil. Well flavored, not too salty or heavy. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the pork belly was superb. The only minor issue I had was that the corn tasted obviously canned.The service was very fast, attentive, and polite.If you’re looking for Ramen, this is a great place.“
