Located along the 5 in Ashland, Sammich is a hidden gem that fuels the body for the rest of the drive. The service is always welcoming and the food is 10/10, undeniably good, creative, hand crafted and delicious. Every time it’s better and better, and they kill it EVERYTIME. The sandwiches from the board are SOOOO FLIPPING FLAVORFUL. Options include Da Burg cheeseburger with everything, the Ashlyn turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce, a Cubano with house pork or their own prepped meats, a Beyond Burger, and a vegetarian Sammy called Melanzane. Properly house smoked meats make the Sammich perfect, leaving some speechless with nothing to change or add. For the turkey sandwich, a recommendation for a gravy aioli would complete the turkey day craving. Guests have brought friends from out of town who love it, and they look forward to lunch or dinner there whenever in town.
