“We came for oysters but unfortunately they had none last night. We were told the ones that came in were not up to their standard. But, everything we ordered was delicious! Great flavor combos, simple and refreshing with beautiful presentation…Dungeness crab handrolls, seared scallops and halibut crudo. We would order any of it again. Be advised that all portions are very small, more like appetizers so people order several items each from the menu. It’s a small classy tapas bar type atmosphere, where everyone is sitting around a “bar” watching them prepare the dishes. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. A friend and I spent $100 just on enough food for appetizers. Could have easily spent 3 times that for enough for a whole meal with drinks.“

“The location is great! Sitting on the patio next to the creek was relaxing. The food was good. The butter for the bread was frozen like a rock and the ravioli seasoning was off. Needed to add salt and pepper to a few things. The appetizers were large portions and good. Scallops were cooked o pop perfectly and melted in n my mouth. The snapper seasoning was the best thing we ordered.“

“Authentic decor and menu. The lamb curry was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. The Samosas were excellent and the wait was not bad at all for a busy Friday night. 100% will make a stop here or go out of my way if I can when passing through. better than all the places I've had between here and Portland.“

“I could go on and on about all the reasons I love the Arbor house. One of them being a 2 generation family owned and operated. Everything is prepared fresh and handmade with love! Everything from the handmade salad dressings to their exquisite entrees. Amazing wine selection and the atmosphere is just welcoming and romantic. If you are looking for fine dining 5 course meal, this is the spot!“

“Bonsai is a cute and cozy dining experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very typical of most Japanese / Asian locations. Clean overall, slightly cluttered in places, but not distracting or dingy in any way.

I tried the Bento Box. The food was delicious and you get exactly or more than what you pay for in portion size. Crisp salad with tangy dressing, crunchy Gyoza, and a solidly-savory teriyaki sauce on your protein. The rice was well cooked, and the California was spot on for a side to the meal.

I would be happy to dine here again.“
