“I moved here from Alaska last year and left my favorite Thai restaurant behind. I’ve been pretty sad about that, so I was really excited to discover Mam’s. I found them last week, and I’ve already gotten takeout from them twice. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. The papaya som tum salad is the best I’ve had anywhere. The green curry was amazing (the melt-in-your-mouth eggplant kind of blew my mind, and the balance of the spice with the creamy coconut milk was perfect), the larb gai is very flavorful, and the fresh rolls were excellent. My partner had the Pad Kee Mao last week and the Pad Ladna today and loved them both. We’ve also had the chicken satay and cucumber salad. I don’t think there was anything we got that we didn’t thoroughly enjoy. Thai is one of my favorite cuisines, and Mam’s Happy Thai Express is up there among the best Thai restaurants I have eaten at, hands down. I look forward to trying more items on their menu in the future. Thank you so much!“

“Definitely some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had! The portions are huge, the quality is excellent, and the spice level is always spot on. I usually get the drunken noodles, and they’re absolutely delicious—honestly something I crave on a regular basis.
The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the overall experience is consistently great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Thai food!“
