Zoey's has wonderful ice cream and the gals who work here are so great. Their customer service skills are amazing. If you're in Southern Oregon this is must stop.

Eden and his colleague went above and beyond to serve 25+ of us tourist college students. They were friendly and even went to the bottom of the rocky road ice cream bin to ensure I'd get my favorite rocky road! Thanks for the epic memories made here!!

The service was terrible. We didn’t know what time they were going to close and we LITERALLY ASKED if they were still open and if it was okay and the girl with long blonde hair said “yes be quick” The girls then proceeded to slam everything around, shake their heads at us, say nasty things under their breath, and the girl with long black hair in pigtails said “what do you want” while slamming stuff around, throwing stuff and rolling her eyes as well. It was honestly the worst I’ve ever been treated in an establishment and feel very disrespected. They shoved the ice cream at us and stormed into the back once again slamming doors open and swearing. Then when we proceeded to try and pay they just told us to “just leave” cause they “already closed the register” If they didn’t wanna service us they could’ve told us politely that they were closed and we would’ve respected it and continued on with our night. Very rude nasty girls. Very unprofessional. Please hire more respectful employees. (the sign still said open and it was 10:50)

Zoey's! Bring back the ginger ice cream. I come all the way from California for it! LOL Not to mention the salmon sandwiches. Please. Those are your two missing stars.

Such a fun ice cream shop! This location is very busy for a good reason. Terrific selection of ice cream: I had the bourbon fudge, spouse had Kahlua chip and teen had a peach ice cream. Ice cream is a favorite “food group” of mine and I was very satisfied with the single scoop portion size.

They had many varieties of ice cream. They even had gelato. Many places to sit and great service.

Vegetarian options: All the ice cream was vegetarian. But there were some burritos and other things that had meat in them.

Great hours (‘til midnite every day).
Very good service.
Pretty good - but not great - ice cream… Mix is better there (though Mix has issues with weird seating).
‘Meh’ atmosphere. They BLAST truly *awful* hip-hop/hip-pop 24-7. Or at least every evening I’ve been there. ?

(I like hip-hop… but not THAT hip-hop. And again, they blast it, so you can’t ignore it. Or easily hold a conversation. ??‍♂️ )

We ordered two soda floats (one Dr. Pepper and one Root beer) and both of them tasted like vanilla ice cream floating in seltzer water. They were definitely not worth $7.50 per. The service was slow because the employees were just meandering around, despite the fact that there was a line out the door. The scoops of ice cream for our kids were good.

Parking: There is only a few parking spots on the street. No parking lot, had to walk 3 blocks.

My daughter and I went in today to spend her birthday money on treats for the family. The staff was energetic and engaging, joking and having a good time with all the customers, and the line moved quickly even with all the individual orders. Ice cream was of course delicious and the variety of flavors kept ALL FIVE of my kids happy!
