S'mores Gelato was great. Great service, food and seating options. Staff was friendly and the music was great. They were open late on Friday. Fun way to finish the evening.

Although their current evening hours don't coincide with a dish of ice cream after an evening performance of Macbeth, Gayle and I managed to work in a delicious junior combination (2 flavors) dish after a matinee performance after we returned from seeing "Off Peak" (staring Michael Elich and Robin Goodrin Nordli) at the Rogue Theater Company. We've been coming here maybe since 2006 when we first attended OSF performances. And now after our 4 year COVID and relocation break, we're happy to be back and to enjoy some of the tasty treats and experiences we so fondly missed. Not much appears to have changed at Zoey's, except maybe pricing. It's still casual, fun, family friendly, and a comfortable place to hang out.

The ice cream tastes great and I especially love the milkshakes, so I’m curious why the milkshakes stop being served thirty minutes before close? I’ve worked in food service so I know how closing works, and 10-15 minutes is understandable to me but 30 really isn’t. I appreciate the staff’s apologies but we specifically came for milkshakes and 30 minutes is plenty of time to wash some blenders.

Zoeys ice cream is the BEST!! The cookie dough is their best flavor! Instead of chunks of cookie dough it’s sheets of cookie dough all throughout. It’s simply delicious and a local gem.

Their homemade, locally inspired flavors add a unique touch to the ice cream scene. The Oregon Trail flavor is a nostalgic journey with its rich blend, and the Grasshopper offers a refreshing burst of minty goodness. The late-night summer hours are an added bonus, providing a sweet escape after captivating OSF shows. Zoey's commitment to quality and innovation makes it a must-visit spot!

Busy and there was a decent sized line but service was quick & courteous; the ice cream was delicious!

Horrible customer service messed up our drinks twice and was giggling and laughing in front of us and not asking what we wanted that right?

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Isaiah (who served us ice cream) We were up for our annual Ashland trip back in September and stumbled into Zoe's Cafe one night for ice cream. That's where we met Isaiah, who is a genius behind the counter. Not only was he very generous (and patient) with letting us try different flavors but when we finally decided, he actually made sure we got to stacked them as per our preference. Not to mention he was very generous and smart about the way he applied the caramel sauce (in layers so every surface got some caramel) You don't normally get that kind of customer service, almost anywhere, let alone from a local high schooler. Thank you Isaiah!!!

Diabetic options include a no sugar added vanilla bean icecream. They also have teas, coffee, and sugar-free syrup. I enjoyed a sugar-free vanilla steamer with Earl Grey tea.

Staff was friendly. Ice cream was delicious. My husband and I were the only two people in the Cafe and all the tables were dirty. We chose the least dirty table and cleaned it as best we could with a couple of paper napkins.

Love the place! Only complaint is that when it gets about 2 hours before closing, one of the only two employees begins to start slowly cleaning, thus leaving only one server. This sorely slows service time, especially when OSF lets out shows at 1030 and many patrons have to endure a long line. Is there a way to increase staff during these busy night hours? Seems that more staff would greatly increase your revenue above the additional labor cost.
