“The staff and management were very kind to me and my family. I order several pizzas while my children were with me. I placed the pizzas on my car so I could secure my children in their car seata but forgot about the pizzas before I departed. I had to return to order the same set again, expecting no special treatment because it was my fault for allowing myself to be distracted. The employee who took my repeat order voluntarily decided to check with the manager and the store gave me half off. That was very nice.“

“I have ordered from a few of the Papa Murphy's from around Salem and other areas outside of Salem.
The employees at this location are amazing and the pizzas they make are always great they are fast and friendly. They use fresh ingredients, there salads are really good as well. I always tip them because they do work fast and efficient and always make sure my orders are correct.
It is also very nice that they have a drive up window for anyone that pre-places their orders.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Parking: Normally plenty of parking in front or around the business.
Kid-friendliness: They are very kind and respectful of kids
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a large section that makes it very easy for wheel chair accessibility.“

“Fantastic food and amazing service, and the owners are amazing people. Geppetto's was prompt with preparing my take-out order, and everything was hot and fresh when we came to pickup! Truly the quality and quantity for your dollar. Highly recommend! I've eaten here many times, and loved everything I've tried!“

“I do enjoy the pizza, but I really wish the people would look closely at the orders. Twice now I have paid for an extra toppping that I didn't get.“

“Me and my family do a carry out order every week. The pizza is here is second to none. My 🧩 son loves pepperoni and we get regular pepperoni and their new deli pepperoni, he loves it, we love everything we get too. I couldn't believe some of the reviews on here because ive always had a great experience and our large complex order are right every single time. Everytime i come in im usually greeted by the same guy who couldn't be nicer. I just felt the need to put this on here bc I think sometimes we only post the bad experiences. Ive had many good ones here. Huge shout out to person doing toppings, we see you! We thank you! Ive never had delivery but 10+ years ago, I was a delivery driver for domino's and jimmy johns. I just want to say do not judge someone unless you could walk a mile in their shoes. GOD BLESS EVERYONE!“
