We went out of our way to go to this Arby's. We're never going back. We paid $25 for 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. The drive through customer Service was rude. The sandwiches were room temperature, the cheese on my husband's sandwich did not even melt. The Jalapeno poppers were cold. The only thing warm was the mozzarella sticks. I was disappointed in the chocolate shake for it's lack of smoothness. Temperature too low in the machine or too long in the machine. The roast beef sandwich was just the ticket and that has not changed for me over the many years I have enjoyed all its sizes; thank you! The Classic Chicken Sandwich was ok. The front worker was nice. The food was not so great. Arbys used to put lots of meat on their sandwiches. I guess like every other fast food you get way less for a lot more money. Fries were cold and the bathroom smells like raw sewage. Disgusting.
