Ordered pizza last night & was informed my order was delivered correctly but my neighbors ring camera shows it never was. Tge manager refunded me but did not replace order explaining they had to shut down early for health reasons so I've contacted the Washington County Health Department to find out what health concern required them to shut down abruptly after supposedly dropping off an order which now has another neighbors footage showing no delivery in our area at the time my order was was supposedly delivered to the correct address and stolen by neighbors - a contention I immediately took offense to as I live in an upscale complex and I live upstairs in a secluded private complex.Between whomever I spoke with asserting my order was delivered correctly , something I can prove is not true thanks to the abundance of cameras in use by my neighbors & the troubling claim the Nimbus location was forced to abruptly close last night for health reasons and the fact the manager told me he wasn't compensating me for the trouble and inconvenience caused - still waiting foe bank to credit the order and a week before payday , I needed that $40 .Everything was very sketchy about the way this was handled and I've been ordering happily from this location to my home here for over a year. I'd like to know what they were up to at this store. - hoping the health department can get answers and that they make it right.Posted the health claim on Next Door, reddit, Facebook - pretty troubling as well as the other lie about my order even being delivered when it's clear it never came near my address.

Yesterday I got two Chicken Alfredo pastas from the Domino's on 10081 SW Nimbus Ave, Beaverton, OR 97008. I used a 20% coupon for the order. When I got home, during dinner realized that one of the pasta trays had only half the normal portion, while the other tray had the usual portion of Chicken Alfredo. If this was done on purpose because I used a coupon, I would rather pay full price and expect the usual portion of pasta instead of being deceived.

Not entirely sure how these garlic knots passed the quality control check. For $10 a pop along with delivery and service fees, in addition to a tip, and the other pizza (of which was burnt), I’m not entirely sure it was worth it. I feel like Domino’s owes me a refund. This location either needs to train their staff or hire competent staff that have the ability and integrity to produce average-quality food at the very least. Yeah the world is burning but if I pay for a product that isn’t as advertised and is inedible, I feel like I deserve a refund.

I absolutely love this dominos! Everytime I come in I’m treated with a smile and a kind aditude. The man in particular that’s working the counter today is amazing and is the main reason I come back. He always makes me feel welcome and wanted back. Give him a raise!!!!!!!!!!

I will never order from this Domino's again. Not only were we treated poorly on the telephone. The food we paid for was terrible I waited on the telephone for over 30 minutes to try and talk to somebody and was hung up on. There's no reason in this day and age that it should take 30 min. On hold to talk to somebody. The franchisee owner of this location relies heavily on the name Dominoes has created. But the food is very subpar. I strongly recommend, that if you work hard for your money and would like to order a decent pizza do not order from this location.Trevor, The store manager doesn't care about the fact that his employees give lousy service All he wants to do is buy his way out of the problem by offering you a refund. once again if you want a decent pizza at a decent price. I recommend you avoid this location entirely. Just remember poor customer service starts at the top.I guarantee you as Trevor reads these reviews. He doesn't care, so don't expect to response from anyone. Just learn from their mistake

Sadly the quality and customer service at this store is pretty bad. Ordered a specialty pizza, not a special order, but one right from the menu. Got home and they had forgotten to put the Buffalo sauce on their Buffalo chicken pizza. Mildly annoying but okay. Call them and the customer service told me to bring the pizza back and they would put sauce on it....w.t.f.... Basically, they expected me to bring a pizza to them that was picked up 20min prior, so this would put it at 40min+ since made, to throw some luke warm sauce sauce on and drive another 20+ min home. Basically, we can all have cold pizza.... thanks Domino's....for cold pizza and garbage service.

There is a guy with glasses and tonnes of pimples. This is his best job ever and he treats the place like he owns it. Homie I’d have put you in your place had it not been for my hungry kids in the car. Get this thumbelina some training else you’ll lose customers and respect that takes years to build. Tweedledum looks like he was part of the Special Ed group in school and maybe he still is, in school. I am going to swing by and give him some lip service and maybe more.

Genuinely just this one location that I do not care for there have been times where I’ve had issues with my orders I’ve tried to call nobody will answer. If I do get a hold of somebody they won’t take me seriously there’s been three or four times where I’ve had to order food to be delivered to me and rather than the location that is actually closer to me delivering to me, they will send this location to me and the food always looks questionable doesn’t look fresh and I’ve dealt with attitudes from the employees. I do not care for this location. Granted, I love Domino’s and this is the only location I do not care for.

There was a hair in my pizza and on my garlic knots. I normally don’t leave reviews but it was pretty gross seeing that. It wasn’t expensive but definitely felt like a waste of my considering I threw the whole thing away.

Standard dominos experience. But for a 3 topping medium pizza I would say they are absolutely lacking on the topping quantity and this directly affects the quality of the pie. Why so stingy Dominos? 1 pepp per slice ain’t cutting
