“We ate there on a Thursday at 5:00. When we pulled up there were five employees, four of whom were teens, standing around doing nothing because there were no customers in the store. We heard one of them say, "Here they come," when we walked in, probably referring to us and the other couple who pulled up just as we did. We ordered our food after they took a couple of minutes to get a register booted up and ready, and went to find a seat.
Here's where the problem comes in. There were no tables that weren't dirty. Ketchup, grease, salt, or something was smeared on every single one. Gross.
Maybe they could be trained to find something useful to do like wipe tables when there are no customers. I mean, I needed to use the bathroom but if none of the tables are getting wiped off I hate to think of what the bathroom would look like. No thanks. It also makes me wonder if the kitchen is being kept clean like it's supposed to. The dining area is what the customers see and what forms our impression of the restaurant, folks.
We love Five Guys, but this was pretty disappointing.“
“Five Guys is known for delivering quality, even with something as simple as a hot dog! They grill it to perfection and give it that signature split-down-the-middle treatment, so every bite is packed with flavor. Plus, the toppings let you customize it exactly to your taste. It’s great to hear you had a good experience—Five Guys always seems to impress with its straightforward but delicious menu.“
