“We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus. And I also kind of like that the customer chooses what goes on the burger. This store is clean and I will definitely be back.“

“I have gone to this location plenty of times but my interaction with Kurtis is what stood out to me the most! Right when I opened the door to go in, he was very welcoming right off the bat. His energy is super positive, very vibrant through out the building. He makes sure that you have a good experience, lots of eye contact when taking your order, very friendly to everybody. “Went in to pick up on a Friday night; super busy. (Sarah) the GM and her team were working very hard but seemed to have a good routine going! Food was fantastic; as usual. Fries hot and burgers melt in your mouth! Having a grilled cheese option is great for my kiddos! Thank you again; can’t wait to order again!“
