“Food is good, customer service is usually pretty good. Expensive though and only 3 stars for atmosphere because their speakers are blown and have been blown for at least FIVE years and sound terrible. Either replace them or don't play music.“
“We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus. And I also kind of like that the customer chooses what goes on the burger. This store is clean and I will definitely be back.“

“Went in to pick up on a Friday night; super busy. (Sarah) the GM and her team were working very hard but seemed to have a good routine going! Food was fantastic; as usual. Fries hot and burgers melt in your mouth! Having a grilled cheese option is great for my kiddos! Thank you again; can’t wait to order again!“
“Ok im sorry ok? I had written off 5 guys years ago thinking you had greasy overpriced small burgers. Not sure what I had eaten in what dimension but I was wrong. Holy crap they are huge. Fries are ridiculous and some of the best shakes around! What the heck? Why have I been depriving myself for so long?
(I even took half the fries home and added cheese for a family snack)“
