“I really love the fact that you can go in there be greeted within 30 seconds if not right off the bat I've got a good attitude and they're very courteous and suggest different food items and if you're not sure they help you figure it out they're very good people there!“
“We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus. And I also kind of like that the customer chooses what goes on the burger. This store is clean and I will definitely be back.“

“The first time I came, I came during a huge rush. I haven’t had Five Guys before, but I’ve heard good things about it. This is close by my apartment, and I thought it would be a good time to try it. The crew there was working super hard. There was a wait, but I could tell that they were trying their best to juggle online orders, and walk ins. The girl who took my order was so kind. I made sure to let her know that she was doing a great job. The experience actually was quite positive. The wait was absolutely worth it. The burger tasted amazing, and it was so good that I came back the next day! The 2nd day was even better. First, the wait was super fast. Second, the atmosphere was amazing. There were 2 employees that were absolutely hilarious. The General Manager was also incredibly sweet, and reassured me that there wouldn’t be a long wait. The energy, and the food was a fantastic end to my work week. Overall, I’ve had a very pleasant experience for the 2 times I’ve come here. I’ll be coming back whenever I’m craving a burger.“
“Ok im sorry ok? I had written off 5 guys years ago thinking you had greasy overpriced small burgers. Not sure what I had eaten in what dimension but I was wrong. Holy crap they are huge. Fries are ridiculous and some of the best shakes around! What the heck? Why have I been depriving myself for so long?
