I'm not vegan in any way shape or form. I don't hate on it either. I'm just someone who likes food and hot damn it's good. The sauces as well? Amazing. They have great drink menus as well. I don't want to have to convince people that there are millions of ways to eat. There's also millions of varying ideas on what people like. Maybe billions. I’m not vegan but loved the food and the cocktails. Have people in your life who are gluten free - they’ve got so many options. I’ve been raving about this place to anyone who will listen since I visited.
