I specifically chose this restaurant for my daughter's birthday. I wrote a special note to let them know so it can be a surprise. The service was very slow, the food was meh and there was no singing to celebrate her birthday. The waiter heard it was her birthday,, too and still no celebration. I've eaten here several times and the food was much better. I'm wondering if the Sunday Happy Hour food is really worth it? I was not happy AT ALL!2
I've been to the Margarita Factory numerous times for birthdays and family get togethers. It's a great place to celebrate. My son and grandsons took me there for Mother's Day yesterday and we had a wonderful time. I was happy that we were able to get a reservation the same day. We reserved a table for 3 at 1pm to celebrate a Birthday. We were pleasantly surprised that we had seating options outside as well as inside. We chose outside and had a comfortable booth. Usually the restaurant is very crowded, so at 1pm we found worked well for us. The atmosphere was low key allowing room for great conversation. The food and service was top notch as always.
