Workers obviously wanted to be anywhere else. Kiosk not working. No line and it took almost 10 minutes to place an order they just stood with their backs to the order desk and the cook and front person clearly had issues they were fighting about.
I have loved Popeyes for decades, always thought it was the best,but havent been in awhile. I decided to treat myself to a chicken tenders combo only to get 3 skinny pieces of woody chicken a hard biscuit, and red beans and rice with no rice. The purple lemonade was good and I liked the Mardi Gras mustard dipping sauce. I have a new rule... no Popeye's outside New Orleans!
This place has TASTY FOOD. I have never been disappointed with any meal from King Torta. Their Burritos are good size & their Fish & Shrimp Tacos are the best I've ever had. It's not a fancy place but their food is well worth a visit.
