She knew me.A very long story made short, Alex personally moved me to upgrade them again.I don't think she treated me any differently than other guests. Good pizza like always. However very frustrating they didn't have glasses for water, tops for the soda cups, no silverware or seasonings just available to grab like every other schmizza we have gone to. Instead, you must wait in a long line to ask for these things, then your pizza is cold which totally defeats the purpose of eating there.
