Schmizza Pub & Grub is a local pizza chain that offers a variety of pizzas by the slice. The crust is thin and crisp on the bottom, with a thicker handle. The interior of the restaurant is small, but there is ample seating and a nice patio for outdoor dining when the weather is pleasant. A unique garage door-style wall adds to the charm of the place.
The restaurant is known for its affordable prices, with slices of pizza and breadsticks available for a reasonable cost. The menu features both simple and more complex flavor options, with some customers likening it to a higher-quality version of Little Caesar's. Popular choices include The Spicy Italian, which has been praised for its consistency, as well as wings and salads that hit the mark every time.
Service at Schmizza Pub & Grub is described as friendly and reliable. Staff members are known for being personable and professional, ensuring that everything is just right from the moment customers walk in. The liquor selection is impressive, offering a variety of beers and spirits, along with options for cocktails. The restaurant even has Oregon Lottery games, including Keno and video lottery machines for those looking to test their luck.
In addition to pizza, the restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options. Parking is readily available in a long lot with spaces on both sides, including a handicap-accessible space in front of the business. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with curbs and handicap ramp breaks in the parking lot.
While there have been some issues with corporate decisions regarding the validity of past promotions, customers generally report positive experiences at Schmizza Pub & Grub. Many appreciate the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for a fun afternoon with drinks and delicious pizza.
