Just had one of the best customer service experiences of my adult life. Chuck & Dustin were my checkers. I was the space cadet customer who used the wrong club card # after spending a bunch of time adding all the relevant deals. I asked if they could reenter my number and was told they'd have to start over. I was super hesitant to be a jerk, especially given all the extra work our grocery people have to do right now. Twenty minutes to clear a 3 person line between two workers... God these people are slow.
They need to be more aware of their surroundings, it was past opening time and the guy didn’t acknowledge me or the hispanic woman, who was waiting longer than me until I said something 😐….He did say there was an issue with the system 😕 but at least put a sign up or tell the customer sorry it might be a while 🤷🏽♀️…..I like the blonde guy, he is always on it! 👏 deserves a promotion ❤️
