Attended an event last week. Had to initiate a chargeback for a server closing out my tab and helping themselves to a 20% tip an hour and a half before I left the venue. Never received a receipt to sign. When I got a call back from The Pit Stop about the situation, I missed the call and a message wasn’t left. Food is really good. And karaoke is great. KJ Hot Toddy is great. Makes everyone feel welcome
