I was looking for a new coffee from a local place and I stumbled upon thortons. Great little place with a walk up window. I purchased a couple bags of beans and took home to try. This is one of the most amazing roasts I've tried. it's definitely in my rotation now.
What a great group of folks to get coffee from. The best in the area (folks and coffee). I'm enjoying a fantastic cup of El Salvadorian coffee this morning. So smooth...........................
I’ve given up the corporate coffee shops and have decided to support local businesses. It was tough to switch from the coffee I was used to down in Eugene but once I found Thornton Family Coffee Roasters I was all set. The only complaint I might have is that they occasionally don’t have my favorite flavor and I have to get a substitute. That is never really a bad thing when it comes to this place though. These people have it down to a science.
