The delightful people of this food truck served up a delicious brunch for us. The salad w/roasted tomatoes & sunflower seeds had a delectable dressing. We split the “The Big Country Combo” and a lemon poppy seed muffin. We ate outside at one of the numerous picnic tables. I can’t wait To go back!

This place is AMAZING! Had the breakfast burrito and wife had the tostada's and we were blown away. If I could find food like this everywhere it'd be so easy to be vegan. Absolutely recommend.
Fully vegan food truck with a large menu of brunch and lunch items, next to Funky Fauna Artisan Ales. The griddle cakes (banana, peanut butter and blueberries) were fluffy and tasty. The Mt Bachelor Hash is served open-style with 4 corn tortillas and the perfect mix of potato, beans, veggies, gravy and greens. 10/10. Wait time was long but expected… not a complaint😄

Great location and great vibe. The food was fresh and so good! The gentlemen that served us were patient, kind and give off a great energy. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a plant based option.

The food isn't as good as it was at Spoken Moto. All dishes are mostly potatoes, nary a vegetable in sight except for a few greens. Why?

Absolutely fantastic purely vegan Mexican food truck. Great ingredients (no fake meat), creative and original menu items and a nice seating area outside with heaters.
