“I visit this Chipotle often, and one thing that always stands out is how incredibly hard the team works. This location gets extremely busy, and you can tell the employees are constantly moving to keep up with the rush while still trying to provide great service. Even when they're clearly juggling a lot, they continue to show up, work hard, and do their best for every guest.
A special shout-out to the General Manager, Beatriz. Great leadership makes a huge difference, and it shows here. She's always visible, working alongside her team instead of standing on the sidelines. You can see her helping wherever she's needed—whether that's serving guests, preparing food, cleaning, or supporting her crew during the busiest parts of the day. She leads by example and treats both customers and employees with respect.
Running a restaurant this busy isn't easy, but it's obvious the team cares and takes pride in what they do. They deserve recognition for the effort they put in every single day. If you're looking for a Chipotle where the staff genuinely works hard and is committed to improving every day, this is the location to visit. “Compared to the other location in Bend, this one is by far the better option. The staff are much more welcoming and create a calmer, more enjoyable atmosphere. In contrast, the other location often feels loud and stressful. This location is consistently clean, well-organized, and professionally run.

Another major difference is the portion sizes. At the other location, the portions have been underwhelming, while this location is consistently generous. As someone who values staying on track with nutrition and macro goals, I really appreciate the consistency and quality here. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.“
