“We just checked in for our first stay at Campfire Hotel. The staff is very friendly. The grounds and amenities are super fun and incorporate all there is to love about Bend into a great, comfortable spot!! We will definitely be back and we just got here!“

“John hit it out of the park with this one. the cocktails amazing. mocktails for my kids they loved it. my 2 daughters requested going there two nights later. they got the pizza and the sourdough pizza dough was so savory. first night I got the summer salad with roasted peaches and burrata, when we went back a few days later I got the tuna crudo with watermelon gazpacho. THIS NEEDS TO BE ON THE MENU!!!!! If you are there and they have this you have to get it. desserts get 1 of each they are delectable. I was lucky enough my daughter's let me have a bite of their sundae and tiramisu. if you have family dinner at home go for dessert at least. They are incredible. the atmosphere was classy, old fashioned but I felt so welcome.“

“The Flaming Room was amazing! The drinks were fantastic, and our group of 11 had such a fun time together. The atmosphere made it easy to enjoy conversation, and the service was excellent. When we had a water spill at our table, our server quickly cleaned it up without missing a beat. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and the drink list, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great spot for groups and an enjoyable night out — highly recommend!“

“We went early for Happy Hour on a Sunday so restaurant fairly quiet. Dining room has intimate ambiance and lighting with comfortable seating. Food choices for Happy hour were limited - a decent variety of options for apps/salad plus a few pastas but prices reasonable compared to main diner menu. We shared calamari in a tomato sauce and had spaghetti bolognese / tortellini with spinach Alfredo and all the food was good. Shared the special dessert which was pumpkin cheese cake shaped like a pumpkin with crumble and vanilla ice cream. Was a fun choice and tasty - pricey but was large so great for sharing. Service was good - attentive but not overpowering or rushed. Only negative was we were told by our server the apertivo we had (negroni sbagliato) was included in Happy Hour pricing but was not priced as such on the final check . It was made well though and served over one large ice cube rather than smaller ones which is our preferred method. As we would have probably ordered it anyway we didn't bother to mention anything at the time. Overall a fun evening with decent food.“

Endless hallways, hidden rooms, soaking pools, cozy nooks, notes wedged in the ceiling, indoor fireplaces, outdood fireplaces, good pizza, shuffleboard, theater, quality craft beers and ciders, excellent happy hour, hidden bar. Seek refuge here in a blizzard, unless it's closed for the blizzard.“

“We were in Bend with our son and daughter in law when they suggested going to San Simon “in an alley” for drinks before dinner. What a totally fun experience. Yes, it is in an alley, (thank you city of Bend), and has some super-cool outdoor seating. Go there to see it. Serving us was Claire and she definitely brought the cool San Simon vibe to our experience. Drinks, laughs and giggles were shared all around and we felt totally at home in the bar. Claire was on top of checking in and approved when I asked her if we could leave Ginger hanging from the shot glass. It was great to see a funky side of Bend as opposed to the brand new high-end establishments.“

“We had an amazing meal here today!! We walked the river trail and decided to pop in after for burgers and fries. Everything was seasoned perfectly, squishy bun, crispy meat, nice pickle, shredduce and sauce. The fries are also so good! Can't wait to come back.“

“Awesome place to get a cheeseburger in Bend! My partner and I discovered it fairly recently when visiting during the fall and have been there a few times already. They had a really good special Thai Curry burger that was unique, full of flavor and spice. They also have a solid plain burger as well as milkshakes, which are simple but well made. The fries are good too, though nothing that particularly stands out in a diner type restaurant. The food is a bit pricey but it's overall delicious with quality ingredients, so it's understandable.“
