“My husband and I were trying to decide between Bonta Gelato and Ben and Jerry’s. We called Ben and Jerry’s and asked about the vegan flavor options. The guy who answered the phone was so bright, positive and pleasant filling me in on options, we decided to go there. When we got there Wes greeted us just as happily as on the call, even though we were inundating him (along with a huge line of others) just 6 mins before he was to close at 9 on a Sunday. Wes gave us samples with a smile and never made us feel rushed. We decided on a pint and he even asked if we had any other plans for the evening. We told him it was our anniversary and he was so kind and ended our entire day on a high note. Young engaged and bright workers are hard to come by these days and this young gentleman is an asset to the store.
