I’ve had falafel, hummus, and baklava from Gyro Power in Prineville and I enthusiastically recommend all three of these items! The falafel sandwiches are perfect. The falafel balls are crispy outside, almost creamy and moist inside, with excellent flavor. The lettuce and tomato have been fresh and crisp, and the aioli was a great twist on the usual tzatziki that most falafel sandwiches come with. Had lunch there yesterday. Great food, good prices. On a beautiful day can’t beat the location. Might be tough on a cold day day tho. But really good gyros. Will definitely be back.
We have been searching for 5 years to find a great Gyro spot since moving from Portland to Bend. Decided to try Gyro Power for the first time last night on 11/03/2021. It was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! For an hour or longer after we finished eating, we could still taste the deliciousness. So comes the next night tonight 11/4/2021. Hubby wanted to come back (so did I)! So I had the the Powerhouse Gyro. Hubby asked if he could have the same but on a bed of fries instead of the sandwich....read full review
