“I had never been in before and decided to come in randomly. Came in on a Friday at 7pm and was seated right away. They were doing their buffet which i was really excited about because I got to try lots of things. Highly reccomend the chicken tikki masala, the tandoori chicken and the chicken koorma. I was seated right next to the buffet and I was highly impressed by how often they had numerous employees coming out and restocking/attending to the buffet. And a few times when I was just browsing they asked what they could help me with. Food and service was top notch and I would absolutely reccomend to everyone I know. Thank you taj palace ?“
“Finally, real Indian food in Bend, Oregon! ? Everything was delicious tho my fav is chicken tikka massla. Everything I ordered was fresh and just as tasty as can be. The food here is wonderful! It is my go to treat when I eat out. It has to be way better than I can make at home and this definitely is. As good as any I have eaten in Portland or elsewhere. And economical. A resounding yes!!“
“We have been wanting to check this place out ever since we read that it had opened and finally went for dinner recently. The people were so friendly, especially the host (he was very funny as well, which we loved). We all did the buffet, which was very reasonably priced for all you can eat Indian food. We thought they had a nice variety of entrees, including quite a few vegetarian options. Everything was delicious. The only real negative is the space they are occupying in the Shilo is in desperate need of updating/renovation. We really hope they are able to make it, unfortunately, nothing does well in this location. Would definitely recommend.“
