Island Brothers Food Truck serves excellent Hawaiian food in large portions at a great price. The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly with both outdoor and indoor seating options. Fresh and delicious dishes like Teriyaki chicken, sticky chicken, kalua pork, and waffle fries are available, along with ample parking and adult beverages nearby. Every item boasts great flavor, always fresh, with huge portions. The owner is super nice and accommodating. The Teriyaki chicken is sweeter than typical teriyaki, and the salt and pepper chicken is often praised as the best fried chicken in Bend. Customers have noted the misubi as better than anything experienced in the islands. While portions are generous, some customers wish for smaller size options. Despite the higher prices typical of food trucks, the food is absolutely fantastic, with enormous portions that can leave customers with leftovers. This is one of the favorite food trucks in all of Bend!
