Island Brothers Food Truck serves excellent Hawaiian food in large portions at a great price. The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly with outdoor and indoor seating options. Fresh and delicious dishes like Teriyaki chicken, salt and pepper chicken, and waffle fries are available, along with ample parking and adult beverages nearby. Every item has great flavor, always fresh, with huge portions. The owner is super nice and accommodating. The Teriyaki chicken is sweeter than typical teriyaki, and the salt and pepper chicken is by far the best fried chicken in Bend. While portions are generous, some customers wish for smaller size options. This is one of the favorite food trucks in all of Bend!
