M's Bakery is a Hispanic-owned bakery known for the best bread in town, with top notch sourdough loaves including gluten free sourdough, sesame sourdough, and olive sourdough. The cinnamon roll is amazing, described as the best ever, and seasonal danishes, cruffins, and kouign aman are delicious. Coffee is popular, though some find lattes a little on the sweeter side. They also sell wine now. The space is sunny and nice, with beautiful materials. The staff is friendly, warm, and kind, with wonderful owners and a wide diversity of employees. However, service can be slow, and there is no way to see the menu while waiting in line. Croissants are a little disappointing. Overall, the bakery offers delicious treats and bread that are always worth the price.
