Went on a weekday around noon. Seemed understaffed for how busy it was.
Ordered the scone, fougasse, and kouign amann. The scone was delicious. The fougasse seemed a little dry but it was excellent with butter. I didn’t love the extra salt on top of the kouign amann, but the pastry was soft and yummy. The cappuccino was perfect.

You have to come early in order to get to choose from a full menu but it is well worth it.
I don't often write reviews. But today I got my favorite loaf of sourdough, and the seasonal sourdough (corn), and a scone. My favorite baker was kind enough to pay me a very nice compliment and comped me a ham and cheese croissant!

M's Bakery is a Hispanic-owned bakery known for the best bread in town, with top notch sourdough loaves including gluten free sourdough, sesame sourdough, and olive sourdough. The cinnamon roll is amazing, described as the best ever, and seasonal danishes, cruffins, and kouign aman are delicious. Coffee is popular, though some find lattes a little on the sweeter side. They also sell wine now. The space is sunny and nice, with beautiful materials. The staff is friendly, warm, and kind, with wonderful owners and a wide diversity of employees. However, service can be slow, and there is no way to see the menu while waiting in line. Croissants are a little disappointing. Overall, the bakery offers delicious treats and bread that are always worth the price.
