“Hi, I'm not from the area but needed a quick food run for the kiddos. I used my McDonald's app, grabbed a deal and picked it up at the drive thru. The young man at the 2nd window, greeted me with a smile, handed over my order (which was fresh, hot & delicious ) and wished me a great evening as I pulled away. A smile and kind words go a long way. Thanks to the long haired young man for making our chaotic evening less stressful!“
“(1151 SE third street) Literally still sitting in the parking lot eating as I write this! The workers are super kind here, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. A few other people at other McDonald’s have actively made fun of me for stuttering over my sentences, or just been rude off the jump (to the point of me crying like a baby afterwards in the car lol), so it was really nice to be around a few kind faces for once.
I mainly come here for their sugar free coffee and half sweet tea to fit into my calorie deficit, but this time I got some food with my mother and the food is great too! Super hot, salty, and the entire order was right. :) Really made our day better. Much thanks to the team over here!!❤ keep being you, despite the people that may try your patience every once and a while.“
“I ordered food at the counter to go I would give five stars because the customer service was amazing and they helped hold up in the door for me when I was pushing my stroller. They were very polite and kind as well as accommodating. They had a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The reason why I am giving for stars is because they did forget a 10-piece. But other than that the food was warm and the milkshake and slushies were delicious.“
“Relatively clean, fast service. Counter employees could use training to help them talk to the general public more professionally. One thing I didn't understand (for this location) was the signs at each table stating no more than 30 minutes allowed per visit to eat and vacate. Neighborhood appeared to be void of loitering or unhoused individuals.“
