Mongolian BBQ

Nice workers but very slow service. Took 45 minutes at about 40% capacity. Drinks came after food arrived. Appetizers did not come until staff was reminded after the rest of our food arrived. Cost was also a little expensive. Food was good, but not great.

I've been here twice, 2 or 3 yrs apart. 1st time was ok, standard Mongolian BBQ practices - but they use so much water to cook the meat, they might as well just boil it and it turns out chewy and flavorless. 2nd time was during COVID, practices are obviously different and they have new staff. This time, the grill pilot light went out and they couldn't figure out how to turn it back on, had to call the owner. The food was great! The food here is a nice change of pace from other offerings in Central Oregon. Because the food is made to order without a set menu, you only get what you want. I had hot and spicy food. It tasted great and had plenty of heat (don't worry, it can be as bland or spicy as you wish).The offerings will fit anyone's food preferences.
