“The employees at this store are so nice and considerate. I eat here probably 2 or 3 times a month and when my order came up way more then I thought they took extra time and care with my issues and resolved it immediately. I will continue with family dinner night at the Southside Papa Murphy's!“

“Tonight I ordered my pizza late. I skidded in 8:02pm. Instead of lights off doors locked. Those sweet employees waited for me. I do appreciated tgere hard work and really go above and beyond. They did not have to. But did anyways I go there once or twice a month. The people entire staff are sweet wonderful humans. I thank them very much for taking care of me when I had lost track of time. They’re always thoughtful and wonderful and I will never skid in late again. They desearve recognition..Vegetarian options: AmazingDietary restrictions: Im GLUTEN FREEand DAIRY FREE. I can not eat just anywhere or trust most places. If I need suggestions or help this staff is knowledgeable and great. I appreciate I can have pizza of my own while my family has pizza they love.“
“I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I arrived I was told I had placed the order at the Bend South location and not the Bend 3rd street location. I was frustrated thinking I would have to drive another 15 minutes. Not only did the manager at Papa Murphy’s transfer my order to the location I was at, but he placed my order at the front of the line so I would not have to wait (it was Friday at 5:30, it was busy!) I was so impressed and immediately called my husband to tell him that good customer service did still exist in this world!“
