“My absolute favorite place to eat in Bend, OR. The vibe is hit or miss. I guess it depends on the crowds, workload, etc. Staff is typically chill but not super attentive if that's important. I end up making conversation but I always have to initiate it. NOT necessarily a complaint but I'm used to more friendly servers... especially at the rate / level this place is. They aren't rude or unfriendly... Just not really warm and inviting. I sat at the bar each time and it's later in the evening within the last couple hours of their posted business hours, but past the typically dinner rush crowds. Other guests / patrons make a huge difference too and sometimes there are fun, happy people and other times the people are super rude, stuck up, and have a sense of entitlement. I pick those times to be extra friendly to staff because it seems like that's more of the norm there... which would explain why servers aren't as peppy.“

“Huge fan of this theater. We hosted an event there, and all the staff and anyone involved made it incredibly easy and we felt very supported. Went off without a hitch, all attendees had a blast. Sound system, lighting, and seating arrangements were perfect. If you're considering hosting an event, this spot should be at the top of your list.
Huge shoutout to the VTP team, y'all rock - Crispy, i'll bring you a token soon!“

“Some of the most authentic German food and beer I have had in the States. The Schweinshaxe can feed 3 people and its delicious. Food: 5/5. Ambiance not so much..Where's the German music? A German bier garten environment with American pop music?? C'mon, German music would be more appropriate... Always played in all other German restaurants I've been to in the US...“

“I’ve been coming here for years. Their food is great! I enjoy all of their vegetarian options and huge beer selection. The service is always on point and they play the best music all the time! I’m super happy to keep them in my rotation💗“

“OMG!!! I’m so thankful we came here ~ Rebecca, our server was AHmazing!! The food was excellent, huge portions & the fries … beyond good! Reasonably priced, relaxed and cozy!! When in Bend … eat here!!“
“Not much of a gambler but I was able to turn $5 into almost 20 so that's one I have to turn around if you ask me great customer service plenty of beer to choose from plenty of soda to choose from might have to wait in line for a couple minutes for your machine definitely recommend“

“Location was perfect, not serving lunch until 2pm was a bit weird. Service at the outdoor area right next to the entrance was not the best but was average. Food was ok, drinks were good, atmosphere was wonderful. Once we found the cigar lounge area all was significantly much better. Love that it was dog friendly through the majority of the location.“

“Just happened to walk past it and the atmosphere was so lively, I decided to stay and try it out. Sooooooo glad I did! Phenomenal microbrewery. Solid beers, friendly staff and patrons. Good food. Got a flight to get the most out of all their beers. A definite must go to in Bend. Funny enough, got to meet the owner at the airport on my way home. Now I get the whole vibe! Highly recommended! Can't wait to come back.“

“Just one of many quirky and cool hangouts within the School/Hotel property that offers a uniquely different vibe. Just waltz around and within minutes you're in a new world. I can't wait to stay in one of their schoolhouse rooms. Totally a good time. Drinks and games galore with a killer environment. Lots of incredible history on the surrounding walls. A must visit.“
“They don't clean the room unless you ask. They don't change towels for 5 days, you put them in the hall. Told the desk the coffee maker did not work and they did nothing. Told them the phone handset didn't work and they went hrumph.“
