“Miyagi is a great little shop for anyone who wants Ramen, while maybe wanting a little more of Japanese fare. Service is prompt and quick, but they won't exactly wait on you hand and foot, but they let you know what to do with your bowls/sticks when done eating (which is a huge plus considering almost every restaurant these days does a mix of *fast-casual* and you guess if you need to bus your own or not). The ambiance gives me the vibe of being in a corner shop to get quick food and go, it will be slightly messy but taste phenomenal and quickly come out. This spot also has very friendly staff.“

“‘Twas the night before Veterans Day, and all the townspeople were hidden indoors; for the weather had turned cold and gloomy. We found our way into a quaint sushi parlor near downtown called Sora sushi. When we opened the door, we saw not one person was dining in. At first it was an ominous sight, but shortly one of the many chefs sat us down and we soon felt right at home. Almost as if we had hot tub time machined our way back to the early 50’s in Japan. I spent the better part of the summer on the ocean fishing for the very tuna we’d be eating tonight. Early morning and late nights on the ocean, miles from nowhere. Dangerous work it is. Rocking in the waves, splashing over the deck, and I’m back there hand-lining thousands of blast grade tuna. Praying I won’t get swept into the abyss. It seems it was all worth it. Sora really outdid themselves with this sushi tonight. I’d give it a try. It’s nice we can all break bread now one nation under God. God Bless America, and God bless our veterans.“
