Sushi food truck... Scary, right? Not at all. They have great Japanese style dishes, fantastic sushi rolls, and Nigiri. We went to Tumalo on a Wed and expected them to be closed as their signs and online stated. This was sad but we still wanted to check out The Bite Tumalo as we hadn't been here recently and were in the area. Definitely some of the best sushi in central Oregon.... I live close by and thought I'd NEVER eat sushi from a cart... so glad I gave it a chance, I think the fact they do sustainable foods was a big factor in trying this place.... I recommend anything on the menu... I haven't tried everything but everything I've tried has been wonderful... and you get friendly warm service!!!

I have worked in a sushi restaurant in Bend for a few years and this is. Hands down. The best place around or near Bend for sushi. Period. I drive all the way out to Tumalo just to come. I've come on different days, night and afternoon. It is always the freshest fish I've had and the so well prepared! Also AMAZING customer service (didn't know that was possible for a food truck?
