Shredded beef burrito with green (all the fixins) and chicken enchiladas christmas! AMAZING!!!
I love Sol Verde, but the hours are terrible! They would get 1000% more business if they were open on weekends and evenings! I need more chile verde in my life!
I’ve loved sol verde for so long and I am elated to finally live here and be able to come regularly! My go-to is a bacon breakfast with green chile on the side as I’m a total spice wimp but they cook a little green chile into the eggs and it’s extreme comfort food! My daughter got their shredded beef lunch burrito with Xmas and she scarfed the whole thing down. Everything is fresh and clean and the staff is very sweet! 10/10
