Finally! I find a place in Bend that makes BBQ brisket worthy of the best in Texas. And have a side of Tallow Fries. Update - the Chili Cheese Fries are fantastic and use their excellent brisket in the chili. Worthy as a meal by itself

As a Texan, I was skeptical of a BBQ place in Oregon. I was wrong.

This place is damn good. The brisket burger was worth the money, and they fry the french fries in beef tallow. My girlfriend had a pulled pork sandwich that was as messy as it was delicious.

Definitely will come here again.
