Quality for your money
Such a great new spot! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish.
The food was so good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The bread and butter was my personal highlight, and my steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned. And definitely take a stroll through the middle of the restaurant to check out the fresh herbs growing inside, such a cool touch and a fun reflection of how fresh everything tastes.

The Hudson is a great new spot with incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful staff from start to finish. The food is so good, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The bread and butter is a highlight, and the steak is cooked perfectly and seasoned. A stroll through the middle of the restaurant reveals fresh herbs growing inside, a cool touch and a fun reflection of how fresh everything tastes. The drinks are great too, and the whole experience is really well done. The atmosphere is beautiful, with comfortable and inviting bar and dining areas. The farmer market salad is a standout, and the brussel sprouts are to die for. The Hudson Manhattan is an elegant and tasty cocktail. The service is outstanding and warm, and the bartender is personable and talented. The happy hour offers amazing unique foods like oysters, crab, steak, and tiramisu. There is a rotating list of appetizers, and the steaks are delicious. The spaces created with both the lower and upper bars are cool. The Hudson feels both upscale and welcoming at the same time, with each dish artistically presented and as delicious as it is beautiful. It is a treat to have real fine dining downtown.
