“I live in Bend and it’s about time I gave a review about this family Viet restaurant. I ordered the special Bun Thang Hanoi today and it is spectacular. A broth with so many layers of chicken, dried shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms with vermicelli noodles, sausage, shrimp, egg strips and so many aromatic herbs. I dumped the sprouts and basil and just a dash of chili oil, don’t mute this broth. I ordered a Bahn-Mi to-go because it always slaps and keeps well in the fridge. Thank you Dangs :)“
