“A Great Family Dinner at NUTS on Sports

I had the opportunity to have dinner at NUTS on Sports in Boring, Oregon, with my daughter and grandchildren, and it was a wonderful chance to spend some quality time with people I love.

This was my first visit to NUTS on Sports, and we were immediately impressed by the very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We ate upstairs, where it was a little less crowded, making it a great spot for visiting and enjoying dinner together.

The pizzas were delicious—fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone at the table. We had a great experience from start to finish, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The price was very reasonable, The staff was absolutely excellent, quick and very friendly. I also love the outdoor seating option. I honestly give this place a 10/10. “Husband and I stopped for lunch. I had the fish letttus wraps and a side of fries. He ordered the chicken fajita skillet and a side of onion rings. We each also got a spicy bloody Mary. Everything was so so good. I would absolutely recommend! Also, they have a great dog friendly outdoor seating area.“

“Food is great, but the customer service needs work. They'll make you stand there for 5 mins, not say hi or look at you when you're the only person in there with a Gen Z stare. If you want to order in-store and say anything, they look annoyed.“

“Sparky's has redeemed itself! We had a fantastic pizza this time; lots of toppings and the pizza filled the box. We were hopeful that the last couple times were glitches of some sort. Sparky's in Damascus remains as the best pizza around!

Is Sparky's in Damascus cutting back on size and toppings? We have been Sparkys lovers for 14 years - their crust is fantastic! But the last couple times, the Large size was noticeably smaller and the toppings were skimpy. We acknowledge that everyone is hit with higher costs and if that's the case, here, we'd rather pay a little more to get the wonderful pizza we've been used to all these years.“

“Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. It was nice being able to order off that menu at 1 PM on a Saturday while my friend enjoyed her lunch. My hash browns were cooked to perfection and her burger looked pretty darned good too. It was nice sitting on the patio watching the golfers while sipping cocktails. Prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was nice. We will definitely be back!“

“Pizza is always done quick and in good fun. The line can be a bit long sometimes but the employees know how to keep it moving. The staff is really nice and does a good job of being cleanly. The pizza is pretty good at the end, nothing to write home about but you are also getting quick pizza, not good pizza.“

“My son’s vehicle broke down and was stuck with a friend waiting for roadside assistance. I knew he hadn’t eaten and called this dominoes location as it was closest to where they were stuck. They willingly delivered to the cross street and the “broken down red car” with two kids in it for me. Above and beyond!“

“Danny is the best bar owner I've come across in all the years I've lived on the SE side..he owns both Kelli's and the Grill. They are attached together. With VP, pool, and keno. The Food is amazing and in expensive and portions are just right for the price. Maria is a fantastic bartender who makes the best drinks in town .. it's a comfortable setting and .it reminds me of the show Cheers, cause it's where everybody knows your name...lol..

“If you can get a good deal, great spot. Regular menu prices are a joke. I've had a couple pizzas that were woefully bad, but my pizzas in the last year have been great. Employees are friendly. Just be sure you double check that you have received everything you paid for, as sometimes they may forget to give you a sauce - but they're always happy to make it right with no questions, so I don't hold that against them. If you order a salad for pick-up, be aware that they may put it into the warmer with your pizza.“

“Edit: I’ve called for myself and for others and my experience has not been the same. The change is in a positive way :) Also, I am not sure if they’re actively making changes or those times from my review were a fluke but the dough/cooking has been very much improved as well! Improved wait time as well. Great job, Pizza Hut!

It’s not the first time they leave me on hold for over 5 minutes! And the last two times, the pizzas are super thin and kinda raw, even the stuffed crust was terrible! Hopefully it was just a one weekend kind of mistake.“

“The manager helped us and I was super late picking up our pizza. We drove all the way from NORTH Portland because they still had the posters and I was buying the Spider-Man pizza for the autistic boy across the street from me. “There was a huge system crash on the app and in store so I got charged multiple times. It was supposed to be delivery but then changed randomly to carry out so I came to the store to find out what was going on and I’m glad I did because my order never came through and so I had to reorder but the general manager made it right for me so I appreciate that. When we had a late order, Casey reached out of her own accord to apologize for the delay, and offered us a coupon off our next order.
