Tried our luck.
What a fun little place lots of character.
Even though there is a smallish menu, everything looks inviting it was hard to choose. I did finally settle on chicken pot pie. A classic that I love that is a rare item on menus nowadays. My wife picked one of the Benedicts. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We really enjoyed our meals and our time. Very cute place to have a good fun meal.“

“Great breakfast! Chris was an outstanding server. Buckwheat pancakes are tasty. The biscuits are gravy were the best we ever had! The bacon and sausage were even good! Hasbrowns were crispy and eggs were cooked perfectly. Excellent! Good quantity, great quality!

“Seated promptly. Wait staff is excellent and work together as a team. Ambience is very nicely done, small dining areas in a converted house adds to the quaintness. The wine and cocktails menus are well thought out. Food is super fresh, prepared with care, and adventurous ideas. I want to say, Medford is very lucky to have a fine food restaurant like Decant. Unfortunately, a lot of people are used to chain restaurants that have typical steak & potato's served fast, in large portions, and fairly inexpensive. There's nothing wrong with that, except that's not fresh, healthy, exciting, and unique. Decant is offering a much higher standard, and a place you can taste something you probably have never tried before, because it's the chef's idea and is developed with his many years of pairing flavors and spices to create a dining experience that 99% of other restaurants don't offer. Yes it's more costly to enjoy that type of meal, and no, your not going to be able to gorge your stomach with a 24 ounce ribeye, but you will be able to taste a Dashi, or a bone marrow bordelaise, on a much smaller portion with a much higher flavor, than you have ever had!! I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, I will return, and if your wanting to step up to Top Shelf service, food, and drink, where cost isn't the driving force, try Decant, GREAT JOB, WELL DONE, owner Jessica, chef Micheal & our waiter Dalton and crew, for the best original meal we've had in quite awhile and certainly anywhere in Oregon!“

“Dinner was delicious. I had the mushroom ravioli with pesto. Hubby had 3 brisket tacos. Peyton, our waiter, was an outstanding young g man. He was personable and attentive.
Breakfast the next morning wasn’t so great! We both had an omelette because they were so good at the Sacramento Hilton the day before. Not so good here. The coffee was good, but had to ask the waitress when we needed a refill. The omelette was okay, the potatoes just ok, bacon was crispy like I ordered.
Next time we’ll eat dinner here, but definitely not breakfast.“

“I could go on and on about all the reasons I love the Arbor house. One of them being a 2 generation family owned and operated. Everything is prepared fresh and handmade with love! Everything from the handmade salad dressings to their exquisite entrees. Amazing wine selection and the atmosphere is just welcoming and romantic. If you are looking for fine dining 5 course meal, this is the spot!“

“Pretty cool place that is fully sprinkled. We had the cheese curds and pretzel to start. They were both delicious. The cheese curds were crispy but didn't seem over fried. I had the Modern Cowboy with Buffalo. The burger was cooked to perfection and had a good taste. The fries had the perfect crispy outside and soft inside. My wife had the nachos. They were good, but there are better options.“

Pizza was awesome. The Italian sandwich was great, but could use a little more toasting of the bread. Feta and artichoke dip was really good. “Neighborhood restaurant located in small strip mall. Adequate parking. Staff were warm and welcoming - friendly, neighborhood feel. Good menu with range of entrees - all with excellent pricing. For table of 6, all the entrees were excellent - good taste, good presentation. Family recently moved to the area and this has quickly become one of their go-to restaurants. Will definitely go again when in the area.“

“My daughter has been wanting to go back here since she was in Medford last fall for a business trip. We were passing through on a road trip and it was a great stop for dinner. We got soooooooo much delicious food. Our server was fast, friendly and attentive. The price was excellent compared to what we would have paid up North near Seattle.“

“This rating is specifically for Jon, the only server working while I was at the restaurant. I had to wait at the airport for 5 hours for my partner to arrive. Jon suggested the best seat next to charging outlets, suggested hikes/places to visit while I am adventuring around and was attentive while I was dining. “We ordered for delivery and while the food was overall pretty good, I was disappointed in the packaging for some of it. We got some mystery meat with no sauce and no label, some sweet and sour pork with sauce but no label, and then 3 different tubs of 3 different sauces, all with no labels. Just weird not knowing what is what or if it’s even what we ordered.

It’s been hard finding good Chinese food in Oregon, not just southern Oregon, so this one was overall pretty pleasantly surprising but I really wish I knew what I was eating and I also really wish the meat was served already tossed in the appropriate sauces but I suppose that’s just personal preference. Definitely will be returning though, and they’re close to home!“

“This is my first visit. The staff were kind and helpful. My wife and I ordered the Cajun burger, a couple of the chicken wraps, cheese curds, and cheesy bacon fries and the cinnamon toast crunch milkshake.
My only problem here is that the straw was a little too small for the shake 😆
The food was good, the service was excellent, the tables were clean.
It was a really good. The cheese curds were phenomenal. I'm kind of a ranch snob, and the ranch was also really good. Very satisfied with this experience“
